Meet our Staff...

Roma Franzia, M.D. is the Medical Director of Face Forward, A Medical Spa. Roma graduated from medical school in 1995. In 1999, she completed her residency at Hope Children’s Hospital, an affiliate of the University of Illinois. Roma is board certified. She has been practicing medicine for over 14 years in the North Shore and medical aesthetics for almost 10 years. Roma specializes in minimally invasive and non-invasive medical aesthetic procedures; such as, BOTOX Cosmetic, fine line fillers, Palomar Icon laser treatments, and sclerotherapy. She has received advanced training, education, and certification in all the treatments and products offered at Face Forward. Dr. Franzia is available for personal consultations.

Peggi received her Bachelor's degree in Marketing from North Park University in 1993. She returned to school to become an estetician where she completed over 800 clinical hours of training. Peggi graduated Pivot Point International Academy of Cosmetology in Chicago in 2003 and ranked first in her class. Upon completion of her esthetic studies, Peggi decided to pursue a career in a medical setting. Additionally, she has completed post-graduate studies in Microderabrasion and Pharmaceutical grade Chemical Peels. Peggi is also a Laser Specialist performing such advanced laser treatments as Laser Hair Reduction, Photofacials (IPL), Roseacea, Vascular treatments, and Non-Ablative Skin Resurfacing. Peggi is also well versed in Pharmaceutical grade skin care products and their ingredients, allowing her patients to maintain their results at home with little down time required.

Megan is our newest team member at Face Forward. She arrives with a successful track record of leadership, organization skills, administration experiences, and the mother of two wonderful children. Megan is a highly professional person in the truest sense with extraordinary interpersonal skills. Her exemplary ability to handle customer care service is evidenced in her calm yet upbeat personality and winning smile. Megan is adept at handling a wide variety of tasks from greeting clients, the day-to-day handling of the medical spa, explaining skin-care services as well as appropriate products, and lastly that special liaison between doctor and client. Megan always responds with prompt, courteous and knowledgeable assistance. Megan is a graduate of Ohio State University with a degree in Consumer Affairs. Her previous experiences in the fashion industry and marketing has proven advantageous in her current position. She is passionate and enthusiastic about her position. So much of that she performs a multitude of other office tasks as a promotional planning, Girls Nite Out Parties, and promoting new ideas. Face Forward is so proud to have Megan on the Team!
